Lodging Policies

• All rentals require a 25% deposit and the balance paid in full 7 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation within 7 days of reservation date is non refundable and the reservation balance is due in full.. no exceptions.  Cancellation outside the 7 days of reservation is accepted with no payment due us and no refund of the  $500 deposit made by you. 
• We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and travelers checks.
• A three night minimum is preferred in Winter
• Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals are preferred in Summer
• Check-in time is 5:00pm CST.
• Check-out time is 9:00am CST.
• Guests are responsible for any damages or loss they cause.
• Pets are allowed on a limited basis.  Please call for more information.
• All rates are subject to 6% Michigan use tax.
• All rates may change without notice.
